The original collagraph plate I printed from has over 100 different feathers, all carefully cut out, stuck down and drawn into by hand! Then I drew delicate wild roses to entwine and cascade across the wing, before printing, scanning, flipping and digitally editing to create the illusion of a pair of wings.
